  1. Contact our office by calling us at (301) 652-4488. Our Intake Specialist will gather preliminary information from you and schedule an initial consultation, if appropriate.
  2. If you prefer to contact us by email, please fill out our online prospective client questionnaire.
  3. After you have completed the questionnaire, you may submit it to us online by clicking the button marked “send”.
  4. Alternatively, you may print out the questionnaire and send it to us at the fax number or mailing address below.
  5. Please note that information submitted to us over the Internet may not be 100% secure while it is in transit. If this concerns you, please fax or mail the form to us instead of using our online form.
  6. Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we will contact you to schedule your consultation.
  7. In the event we are unable to provide assistance with your specific matter, we will help you locate another attorney who practices the relevant area of immigration law.
  8. The fee for your initial one-hour consultation will depend on the complexity of your situation. We will confirm your fee when we schedule your consultation.
  9. Once a consultation date is confirmed, you may pay by Visa or MasterCard by clicking here. Payment is required in advance of the initial consultation.

Our clients know that they can expect high value from Mooers immigration. Whenever possible, we develop a flat rate fee structure based on the type of case that a client brings us. Our belief is that fixed fees typically best serve the needs of our clients by allowing us to devote the necessary resources to each matter without the client having to worry about accounting for every minute of every hour we work.
